Good evening and welcome to this evening meditation with positive affirmations for a restful night of sleep. 


Affirmations can support you in looking back at your day with a positive attitude, and to reflect on your day with gratitude and compassion. Affirmations can strengthen you and reveal the unique gifts of every day for a night of replenishing sleep. 


You have the choice of how you reflect on your day. You have the choice to focus on the good things that happened to you, and to forgive and let go of the things that no longer serve you. 


By cultivating an evening affirmation practice, you invite a new way of looking back at your day, you transform your sleep and begin a new day with the foundation of abundance and gratitude. 


Having compassion for yourself and the things that happen in your life allows your perspective to expand. You begin to appreciate and welcome all possibilities, breaking free of the boundaries you set for yourself in the past. 


You can repeat these affirmation to yourself at any time you need. 


Today was a beautiful day. Another day I was allowed to experience joy and to grow. 


Every day harbours something to be grateful for. I set an intention to find the beautiful in every day, and in this moment.


Deep within me there is an endless source of love and gratitude. I let this love shine through me. This love fills my heart, my body, my soul. My whole being shines bright. I radiate this light to everybody and everything around me. I know that whatever I send out now will come back to me even stronger and even brighter. 


I love and accept myself and I trust my journey. I have endless faith in my life and in myself. I feel safe, and secure in my unique path. 


I am grateful for my life. And I am full of joy for another day of experiences and opportunities to grow. I am grateful for recognising my unique journey and I love watching and am inspired by the journey of the people around me. 


I radiate compassion and kindness and compassion and kindness come back to me from the people around me. 


I love and i am loved. I allow myself to love myself and for others to love me for who I truly am.


I speak, I act and I think from a place of abundance. I am at peace because I know that everything will be fine. 

I trust in my path, and I trust in myself because I know that whatever comes I will be able to approach it with calm, patience and compassion.


There is so much love flowing through me, healing my cells. My heart, my body and my mind are one. I love myself and I deserve to take care of myself. 


By approaching the people around me with love, I am able to recognise love in other people. The more love I give, the more love I can give. 


I am relaxed and calm, ready for a night of restful sleep. I allow myself to rest and recharge, ready for another beautiful day tomorrow. 


I love myself, that’s why I forgive and leave behind the past. I am free. 


I inhale calm. I exhale worry. 


I inhale peace. I exhale judgment. 


I inhale love. I exhale resentment. 


I invite a night of restful sleep and I close the door to the day. Thank you for everything that I learnt today. 


I am healthy and I will thank my body with a good night of rest. 


I wish you a wonderful evening and a restful night. And tomorrow morning, a refreshed and energised start to the day!
